The Application
Applicants will identify where they best fit within the tier structure of the fellowship (STEAM Student, STEAM Aspirant, or STEAM Achiever) and submit their first application.
The Connection
The RBL team will reach out to applicants upon the assessment of their application for an interview.
The Pitch
After the application stage, the RBL team will meet with the applicants, who will then get an opportunity to pitch their ideas.
The Tailored Strategy
Upon the assessment of the applicant’s ideas, the RBL team will structure a customized strategy to transition the applicant from the pitch to the incubation.
The Incubation
The Incubation process at RBL is personalized to the needs of every individual and their ideas! The fellows will be taken through a variety of customized steps to create and implement the right strategy and action plan to make their ideas come to fruition.
